Air Charter Broker Disclosure
ROSTR JETS ("ACB") is an air charter broker operating under 14 CFR Part 295 and is acting in the capacity of an indirect air carrier. Any pre-existing relationship between ACB and the direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier ("DAC") performing a flight will be disclosed prior to a flight. ACB is not a DAC and does not operate aircraft. The DAC selected and contracted for your transportation will exercise operational control for the flight and shall be properly licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Transportation, and such other foreign civil aviation authority with jurisdiction over the transportation. The actual direct air carrier will be identified prior to contracting along with other disclosures required by 14 CFR 295.24.
